Strategy

Caracara Silver seeks to create shareholder value by:

  • Investing in our significant land package in the Pilunani-Princesa silver-zinc-lead metallogenic belt to discover and delineate economic silver-lead-zinc resources

  • Advancing promising silver deposits through to engineering and feasibility stage and partnering with leading mining companies and end user companies to finance and manage operations

  • Searching for accretive merger and acquisition projects

The company has three competitive advantages relative to other junior mining companies in silver:

  • A competitive position in Peru and the dominant silver-lead-zinc landholder in the Pilunani-Princesa polymetallic belt

  • A high quality portfolio of early to advanced stage silver-lead-zinc projects, many with high grade silver-zinc-lead historical showings

  • The style and nature of silver-lead-zinc mineralization, both near surface and with excellent metallurgical recoveries, point to potentially low operating costs

Strategic Goals for 2011-2012:

  • Commenced exploration program in August, 2011 with the objective of testing several large anomalies in the Pilunani target area which have never been drill tested

  • Test new target areas in early 2012 with the objective of outlining new silver-lead-zinc resources. This work will include mapping, sampling and induced polarization geophysical surveys

  • Start drilling to test new surface discoveries and expand known deposits

  • Conduct additional metallurgical work

  • Initiate flora/fauna baseline studies

  • Liaise with government agencies

  • Examine M&A and regional consolidation opportunities
